We’re a groundworks company based in Maldon Essex, first established in 2010 by the Company Owner Stuart Yuill. We focus predominately on projects between 15,000 to 1.5 Million. We do however have the scope and resources to take on larger projects.

Mark Parnham in 2017 became a Director at S&K but in addition to this Mark undertakes all engineering needed and operates the latest TopCon Robotic Station. This high tech instrument enables us to achieve a high level of accuracy and setting out time is halved due to it’s robotic function. As we move into 2022 we’re busy working working with existing clients as well as new, the projects ranging from small office commercial extensions to reinforced concrete structure sixth form buildings. The company runs QSCAD and Masterbill which is a leading estimating software. This way all estimating is in house, the take-offs are more accurate plus many other benefits. For faster turn arounds on pricing tenders a BOQ helps considerably.  S&K Groundwork Solutions is fully CHAS Accredited as well as being a Construction Line member, we endeavour always to make Health and Safety a top priority.
